Product cycles, which are intended to be shorter, also change the time requirements of tool making. Rapid tooling creates pre-series tools for injection molding, which we manufacture from both aluminum and steel. These pre-series vehicles offer extensive testing options through close to series or series identical conditions (serial production process, batch material). The acquired knowledge is transferred directly to serial tools that can be produced on the most modern 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines with automatic loading in our mold workshop. The ability to produce small and medium-sized quantities in a short time makes quick tooling a cost-effective alternative for the production of small series. Another area of ​​activity is the rapid prototyping of individual parts made of metal and plastic. The consistency of our CAD/CAM, milling and grinding systems is fundamental to enabling flexible, fast and precise production.
