Toasts with grapes;

Since always, ROGER cooks his toasts and melba toasts with open mould. The paste raises freely during cooking, offering thus crusty and lightness. Prepared starting from fine wheat flower, these Toasts slightly vanilla and strewn with soft grapes, accompany every moment by greediness. Wheat flour, gluten, grapes 20%, vegetable fats (not hydrogenated oils and greases (palm and colza), water), sugar, baker yeast, eggs, salt, malt, emulsifying agent : lecithin soya (OGM free), aroma vanilla.
