Noise barriers

The TECNOWALL Panel has been especially designed by our technical staff to combine element sturdiness, quick handling and quick installation in one product. The TECNOWALL metal panel can be used to make: • noise barriers for roads, highway, railways; • wide screens for noisy outdoor plants; • sound-insulation and sound-absorbing partition walls inside production departments. Two classes of TECNOWALL metal panels have been manufactured, the TECNOWALL 95 version and the TECNOWALL 115 version, with different mechanical and sound characteristics, with the special multiple holes in common. The TECNOWALL 95 metal panel is made up of: steel sheet or aluminium sheet shell; mineral wool jacket covered with sound-absorbing dust-free fabric of 60 mm thickness 85 kg/mc density; punched front with holes of different diameter, from mm 2.5 to mm 7, of steel or aluminium sheet (% of exposure 35%). In the 95 version we have: TECNOWALL 95 AV 10 - made of a shell of galvanized and painted 1mm thick
