Ingredients: pinecones (at least 60%), sugar and water. Jam is a type of dessert obtained by boiling fruits or berries with sugar; it does not contain preserving agents or stabilizers. Pinecones contain a lot of vitamins, like C, B, E, K and PP; phytoncids, thus, essential oils, tannins, salts of iron, aluminum and chrome. It is a healthy treat for both adults and children.
