Superoll MAC;

Superoll burnishing tools are designed for polishing of various materials such as soft aluminum up to hardened steel parts. A very hard and smooth surface with higher precision, higher abrasion resistance and better appearance is achieved by roller burnishing process. These burnishing tool allow to achieve the finishing in one pass. Burnishing technology uses a material plastic deformation by the steel rollers and it works up to material hardness 40HRC or diamond tools Cat's Eye up to material hardness 60HRC.
