Magnet cylinders;

The Magnet cylinders are designed specially for rotary die cutting and produced in stainless steel. The manufacturing of these cylinders requires an extreme high level of precision, guaranteed by most modern CNC technology. The high magnetiy force realised by special interaction of the magnet fields ensures the precise and powerful positioning of the flexible dies at the cylinder surface. We produce high precise magnet cylinders of different configurations and sizes according ctsumer request up to diameters of 600 mm and a total length of 4.000 mm. The high quality and precision is guaranteed by grinding of the roundness tolerance of + – 3 µ.
