AQUATRAC - V - moisture meter for plastics

The AQUATRAC-V is a residual moisture meter that can be used in the laboratory as well as in production without qualified personnel. The Measurement is reliable, water-selective and safe using a reagent the calcium hydride. The water released from the sample reacts with the calcium hydride to form hydrogen, which is measured by increasing the pressure in the system and gives a measure of the water content of the sample. This measuring principle is listed in ISO 15512:2019, "Plastics - Determination of water content" as method e.). The same standard also contains the Karl-Fischer measuring principle. The measuring instrument has a robust construction and is designed for use without qualified personnel in production and laboratory. This makes the AQUATRAC-V the world's only standard-compliant water-selective measuring instrument for use in production.
