Bunlar için gerekli aletlerin tasarımı ve imalatı da dahil olmak üzere, zımbalama yoluyla şekillendirilmiş ve bükülmüş parçaların üretim odaklı tasarımı ve üretimi konusunda uzmanız. Bakır / bakır alaşımları, pirinç, çelik / paslanmaz çelik ve alüminyum gibi malzemeleri işlemekteyiz. 4 fabrikada uzmanlarımız, 50den fazla delme ve bükme makinesi, 6 delme sistemi, diş açma, montaj, lazer kaynağı, yüzey taşlama, parlatma ve temperleme için entegre ek cihazlar ile tasarım isteklerinizi hayata geçirmektedir. BKMdeki dikey üretim aralığı son derece geniştir, bu nedenle takım ve parça üretimi için temel işlemleri istisnasız olarak kendimiz gerçekleştiririz. Zımbalayarak şekillendirme ve bükme alanındaki BIHLER BNC üretim sistemlerimiz sayesinde hem küçük hem de orta büyüklükteki serilerin üretimini temel yetkinliklerimizden biri olarak görmekteyiz. Büyük hacimli seri üretimi ise otomatik zımbalama ve bükme makinelerinde, çoğunlukla kamera gözetiminde ve gerekirse otomatik konteyner değiştiricilerle 7/24 çalışarak gerçekleştirmekteyiz.
