Crushed Maras Chili Pepper;

Maras chiles are typically only found crushed and unlike most of chile flakes you may be most familiar with, are not completely dry. Maras pepper is known for its rich, complex and slightly sweet flavor. Maras Chili Peppers, registered pepper seeds belonging to the Kahramanmaras region (TURKEY) are grown and dried in Maras, which has the most suitable climate conditions for these seeds. Chili peppers made by an adding appropriate amount of salt and oil are called Maras chili pepper.
