Product Description
Direct electric drive Screw presses with SPR / SPP provide applications for shaping, flattening, calibrating and painting parts made of steel, high-alloy materials and non-ferrous metals. Direct drive screw presses connect the rotor of the drive motor directly to the flywheel and screw. The LASCO SPR and SPP series screw presses offer different forming features: The SPR series has overload protection with a slip clutch for forging applications requiring high working capacity. The SPP series has "hard hard" shocks to calibrate and beat applications that require a lot of power. Special features: Precise forging unit without accurate energy control and ram fixed bottom dead center position. High working capacity Multi-part die-cast frame pre-tensioned by four connecting rods Screw made of high alloy NiCrMo steel with nut made of special bronze Optimized yarn profile Frequency converter ensures accurate repeatability of pulse energy and optimum electrical efficiency Efficient programmable control system with modem for operator guidance, product data management and remote diagnostics Large side windows in the press frame facilitate automation Capacities: Nominal printing power between 1.0 MN (100 t) and 80 MN (8,000 t), operating capacity from 2 kJ to 2,250 kJ you can check our catalog about these press types
