General Information on Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is personal data. With this consent text, you accept that all your personal data provided by you to TULİPA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD. ŞTİ ("NETETRADE") will be recorded, stored, preserved, changed, rearranged, disclosed, transferred, taken over, classified and processed in accordance with the legislation by NETETRADE for the reasons, purposes and methods detailed below, and you declare that you have read, understood and approved this consent text explaining your rights under KVKK.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

NETETRADE obtains, records, stores in secure systems, preserves, changes, rearranges, discloses and transfers, takes over, classifies, processes or prevents the use of identity information, address information, contact information and other personal data directly or indirectly related for the purposes of providing its products and services under the best conditions, ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted supply of products or services, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, fulfilling various transactions related to the said services, carrying out and developing operations, carrying out promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of the said products and services or different products and services, informing you about opportunities, campaigns and other information and fulfilling the requirements of the contracts concluded with you.

Persons to Whom Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer:

NETETRADE may transfer personal data to its employees, officers, auditors and consultants residing in Turkey or abroad, NETETRADE's subsidiaries and group companies, card payment system institutions and organizations, business partners and service providers from whom services are received or worked with for the execution of the services or activities to be provided to you, public institutions and organizations in accordance with the legislation provisions; for the purposes of providing products or services provided by NETETRADE personally or through subcontractors, ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted supply of products or services, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, fulfilling various transactions related to the said services, carrying out and developing operations, carrying out promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of the said products and services or different products and services, informing you about opportunities, campaigns and other information, fulfilling the requirements of the contracts concluded with you, keeping statistics, making internal company planning, carrying out marketing and information research activities. In addition, NETETRADE reports the information that needs to be reported in accordance with the relevant legislation and the information requested by public authorities to the said authorities in order to comply with NETETRADE's information obligations. Your data transferred within the scope of this article may be obtained, recorded, stored, preserved, changed, rearranged, disclosed, transferred, taken over, classified, processed or its use may be prevented by the third parties to whom the transfer takes place in accordance with the personal data protection legislation.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data may be collected verbally and/or in writing through NETETRADE's call centers, web pages, service points or through secure electronic environments and in accordance with the contract concluded due to the performance of the service.

Your Rights Stated in Article 11 of KVKK:

As the owner of personal data, you can exercise your following rights by applying to NETETRADE, which is the data controller within the scope of KVKK:

a) to learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) to request information if your personal data has been processed
c) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
d) to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data according to the relevant article of KVKK,
f) to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) to request compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Declaration of the Data Owner Concerned Person:

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, regarding the processing and transfer of any personal information I have reported to NETETRADE by NETETRADE, I accept and declare that I have read, examined, evaluated and understood the information provided above and that I have explicit consent for the processing and transfer of my personal data as stated above within the scope of KVKK, within the framework of the information above that I know my rights granted to me by the law and that I have read and understood its content, I accept and declare that I consent to the processing of my personal data by NETETRADE and its sharing with the persons stated above.
