Metal tile is a type of roofing made of sheet steel, deceptively similar in shape to traditional tiles. However, compared to tiles, it is much cheaper. Since its weight is approximately 4-5 kg ​​/ m2, it is in the class of light roofing material. This is relatively small compared to tiles whose weight can range from 35 to 70 kg/m2. This makes metal tile an ideal covering for any roof, but also in refurbished homes where the roof truss is damaged or where a ceramic or concrete cladding is so thin that it is not an option.
