Rubber-to-metal bushings are elastic bearings with a layer of rubber between two pieces of tubing. Rubber-metal bushings are also often called ultra bushings, silent bushings, rubber bushings, silent blocks or rubber bushings. Rubber-metal bushings can absorb axial, radial, torsional and cardanic movements. They are ideal as an elastic fastener to absorb movement, tolerances and assembly stress.
