We are a professional miller located in Czech republic. Milling with patented technology we can provide fine wholegrain buckwheat flour and many more kinds. Milled according to RAW standards, below 40°C = cold milling, unique method to preserve nutrition, aroma, color and most importantly enzymes, so much important for perfect dough mixing results.
