Agathor provides extensive advisory to the companies who function in wide range of industries on pre-investigations and investigations made by the Turkish Competition Authority as well as competition practice. Our competition team advises and represents our clients in all matters of competition law including obtaining clearance for mergers and acquisitions, providing competition law advice in relation with various agreements and arrangements such as license, agency and franchise, filing of applications for exemptions. We, with the assistance of competition law experts, provide legal services in all areas of competition law including legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements concerning different sectors, anti-damping issues, legal assistance and representation in all aspects of antitrust enforcement such as investigations of the Turkish Competition Authority, representation before courts, and initiation of competition advocacy procedures.
