Breathable water-based paint for interiors Given the low cost of the product compared to the well-balanced formulation, MARK is suitable for universal use for interior paint in both civil and industrial construction. Therefore, it is especially suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, cellars, attics, bedrooms, warehouses, industrial building complexes, etc. suitable for painting over civil plasters, prepackaged cements, old breathable synthetic paints as long as they are not chalky. Features Water-based paint based on vinyl synthetic resins poured into an aqueous emulsion, fillers and mineral pigments with bactericidal-fungicide additives designed to guarantee good protection of the product over time. Having a thixotropic nature, MARK offers an opaque white appearance, slightly porous, compact and non-chalky, highly perspiration film after drying. Quick-drying paint is non-toxic, has no unpleasant odors and is easy to apply for both professional and domestic use. The white product can be pigmented with our ACRILCOLOR or colorants for water-based paints normally available on the market. Good purification makes the paint particularly suitable for application with airless equipment as well as with a roller or brush. Application procedure Scrub, scrape and fill surfaces if necessary. Remove old spilled paint. Avoid applying on washable or lime-based paints. For moisture, smoke or nicotine stains, first apply a suitable neutralizer. Given the thixotropic nature of the product, it is recommended to mix thoroughly before dilution. In the case of coloring, add the pigment before dilution. Dilute with water: 1 coat (on new plaster) 50-60% by volume (10 parts paint + 5 - 6 parts water) 2 and 3 coats 30-40% by volume (10 parts paint + 3 - 4 parts water). Apply by brush, roller or airless. For airless application, apply two overlapping coats for total coverage. In application with a roller or brush, it should be applied in 2 or 3 layers with an interval of 8-12 hours.
