We would like to introduce you to the “Icon of the Savior Jesus Christ”. This icon is a modern work of art, hand made from natural materials. It represents The Old Byzantine style and is made according to all the Orthodox religious canons. The face of the icon is hand painted on a wooden board using high quality oil-based paints. The metal part of the icon is made of copper and silver plated with a thickness of 25-30 microns using the electrolysis method. In order to increase its artistic value, the silver pieces are patinated and artificially aged. For the decoration of the halo gold plate/leaf is applied, again using electrolysis with a thickness of 3 microns. For further enhancement Swarovski crystals are added.
