Base isoparaffinic oil MVI-2 manufactured by OJSC NGK Slavneft-YANOS (HVI-2, MGA-8 manufactured by Taneco). Isoparaffinic oil MVI-2 belongs to group II of base oils and is used for the production of high quality engine oils. MVI-2 oil is obtained by processing of naphthenic oil. It has good detergent properties, a sufficient viscosity index and a low pour point. Application area MVI-2 oil is used as a base for transformer, hydraulic oils, steering gear oils and special coolants for metalworking, turbine and other energy oils. MVI-2 advantages Low pour point provides high pumpability of oil, easy engine start at subzero temperatures, which allows them to be used in various climatic conditions. Thermo-oxidative stability reduces oil oxidation at high engine temperatures, reduces the formation of deposits. Low volatility reduces the frequency of oil refills.
