Subway Track Circuit Controller;

The module is part of the automation cabinet at the subway station. The main challenge we faced in the production of this module was to ensure maximum reliability and durability of the device. Prior to the production, we conducted a DFM analysis of the design and components, and, together with the customer, we revised the documentation. Transformers and radiators were designed and manufactured to order. We also applied the custom technology for applying the protective coating. All these measures, combined with the building of new component supply chains, made it possible not only to ensure quality consistency and predictability, but also to reduce the production costs.
