Plastic surfaces affected by graffiti, e.g. B. Acrylic glass surfaces on doors, signage, mailboxes, small distribution stations, even soundproofing walls can be re-cleaned with plastic cleaners specific to these surfaces. However, the large number of different substrates and their different reactions to the cleaning agent always require a sample area to be established at a suitable point in order to be able to evaluate the cleaning effect and chemical reaction with the plastic. If the remover is chosen and used incorrectly, there is a great risk of damaging the plastic parts. It is no longer possible to remove deeply migrated solvent components of graffiti paint that have reacted with softening components without creating shadows. In order to prevent damage from graffiti, it is recommended to apply a protective system, especially to such sensitive plastic surfaces.
