This involves extruding and depositing molten polymer filaments in successive layers according to the CAD definition of the part. In 1Prim3D: We optimize the configuration of the program, called the slicer, to guarantee a part structure that meets the constraints defined by the customer. We mainly use technopolymers that meet several criteria: mechanical and/or thermal resistance, abrasion, corrosion, food contact, environmental impact. In our printers, the liquid cooling system of the extruders supports the cohesion of the layers in the Z axis. All of our printers belong to "3ntr" brand only.
