In addition to gear rims and geared slewing bearings, we can design and supply the matching pinions following the load capacity calculation. This way our customers receive both pinion and mating gear from a single source. DV-B pinions are usually made from case-hardened steel. The number of teeth, their shape and width as well as the gear quality is determined by your individual requirements and specifications. Before starting the manufacturing process, DV-B will specially design and calculate the gearing according to customer requirements. The load capacity calculation is carried out based on the appropriate DIN or ISO standards.
