Electric Servo Presses with Load Cell;
Automated assembly and joining work is becoming increasingly important for companies in electrical engineering, precision mechanics or mechanical engineering. Electrically driven servo presses are predestined for such tasks as precise press-fitting, joining, crimping, fastening or even riveting because of their control options and precision. All IAI servo presses have a 240V servo motor and a high-resolution battery-free absolute encoder. The thrust forces are between 200 N and 50 kN, the stroke lengths between 100 mm and 520 mm. For some models, the thrust time is unlimited. The SCON control system, which matches the servo press actuator, is supplied with pre-configured press programs. They can be modified and combined as desired.
