Lightweight design and large volume - a newly developed vehicle concept for transporting 30 m3 of slurry. Today, slurries and digestates are transported over long distances. Efficiency is therefore even more important - thanks to its low dead weight, large tank volume and road tires, the EcoTanker is the ideal means of transport for combined transport operations. Design engineers at ANNABURGER jointly developed a new product line with Berger Fahrzeugtechnik. The most important feature of the tools in the design is the special combination of high-quality steel with the geometric design, which results in vehicles with reduced dead weight. The weight of the vehicles has been reduced by more than 20% compared to HighwayTanker, the current semi-trailer for sludge transport in the product range. In addition to the chassis, other weight-optimized vehicles, such as the latest generation of Vogelsang-containing aluminum components, were mounted on the vehicles. They are versatile and therefore attractive to a wide range of users from the agricultural sector, municipal authorities and industry.
