Kongskilde's Model F3450 Sidedress Applicator is capable of changing from 12 lines to 16 lines (depending on 30 ”center) in less than 5 minutes. The F3450 is available in either 1000 gallons or 1600 gallons. Available in 1000 gallons, two tire sizes - 18.4 x 26 10 plies or 13.6 x 38 12 plies. The 1600 gallon 14.9R x 46 uses 14 ply tires (this tire has a rating of 12,000 lb). The F3450 (such as F3400) can be installed at various line spacings. Kongskilde also manufactures sliders for all Kongskilde Sidedress Applicators. This unit is the heaviest in the industry with a trip value of 1200 lb and is manufactured using a 2 ”x 3” tube instead of a 3/4 ”plate. The slider can be supplied with an injector or knife for fertilizer application.
