Cashew is the fruit of the cashew tree, which is found in northeastern Brazil and western Africa, as well as in Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea Bisseau and our country, SENEGAL. Its edible bean is the main product used in that factory. The process of obtaining roasted and salted cashews varies by region and by the companies that implement it, but the refining, which is quite advanced, basically follows the same steps.
