Two Colombians founded the first factory producing honey and flour obtained from coffee in the world.Sanam, the creator of this innovation in the agricultural industry sector, was founded in 2008 by Food Engineer Juan Carlos Jaramillo and economist Andrés Ramírez.Sanam has been approved and accredited as the only company that has the authority to produce coffee honey, also known as concentrated mucilage and coffee shell in Colombia.
