ACSA Steel Tattoo was founded in 1935 by the Colombo family and today we are living its 4th generation.We are in the Oggiona Con Santo Stefano (Italy, Milano Malpensa very close to the airport) and 250,000 m2 (63 ACRES) property area and 60,000 m2 (15 ACRES) closed area.We are experts in closed mold hot steel tattoo and extruded parts.We work for different sectors: automotive to agriculture, ground movement, oil and gas, aviation, maritime, military, railway, machine construction and others.Regarding our production, 2 line hammers who can produce pieces up to 25,000 kg, 25,000 kg, including 1,600, 2,500, 4,000 and 6,300 tons, can produce parts up to 25,000 kg, from 0.5 to 130 kg (including 3 twist presses)is available.From 400 tons to 1250 tons from 250 kg and 3 lines from 400 tons to 1250 tons, can produce hollow extrusion, 250 mm diameter and 1,000 mm length.We export about 70 %of ACSA Steel Tattoo and export our products to the world.We have been working with the world's most important OEM for many years.We produce all the tools and patterns we need to guarantee the quality, flexibility and satisfaction of our customers.We have introduced Industry 4.0 for two years: We have started with the introduction of Lean Management and MES application in our production department.Since 1993, we have a certified quality system according to ISO 9001.Other certificates: IATF 16949, ISO 9100, ISO 14001, TÜV, Lloyd.
