Mounting of two-band wheels, drive gear reducer, belt drive motor and arm mounting brackets are located in hard C section. Cast iron belt wheel is efficient and long lasting. Regardless of shear loads or tension stresses, free wheel shafts with a diameter of 1.38 inches (35 mm) ensure that the wheels are operating correctly. For longer service life and improved rigidity, tapered roller bearings are included in the spindle assemblies. The rear part of the band contacts the supporting wheel flanges, allowing the rim to follow the blade. A variable speed pulley is coupled with the drive motor, and the drive wheel transmission reduces speed and is highly efficient. No external cooling required.
