MORE POWERFUL, HIGHER PERFORMANCE. In addition to superior reliability and comfort, the new German-built 7 Series now boasts features that extend the engine oil change interval to an incredible 1000 hours, resulting in lower fuel and operating costs. The two models of the family - 7250 TTV and 7250 TTV HD - are equipped with the tested and approved Deutz TCD 6.1 Stage V engine (delivering maximum power and torque up to 247 HP and 1072 Nm respectively) and improved efficiency with the new TTV transmission. The 6-cylinder Deutz TCD engine with turbocharger, intercooling and Common Rail up to 1600 bar uses an injection pump lubricated by engine oil, efficiently supports the exhaust after-treatment system with SCR, DOC and passive DPF package and guarantees a minimum consumption of 202 gkWh, which, combined with a fuel tank capacity of 505 liters, ensures excellent performance for long running times.The passive diesel particulate filter offers the advantage of cleaning without additional diesel injection, generates less heat and regenerates much faster than conventional filters, saving time and costs. There is also an optional feature with special foot control that increases engine braking capacity by 40% during transportation.
