Worm Gear Reducer;

The BOX series has a different design and is made using advanced parametric CAD SW supported by programs designed to calculate the thermal resistance capacity as well as structural resistance / deformation when subjected to operating loads. The housing is made of aluminum and is made of hardened steel and milled worm shaft (with 2 tapered roller bearings for size 63 and up), and made of hardened steel with shell cast bronze. The wheel is subjected to a run time designed to improve surface finish and hardness prior to actual assembly. Due to the aforementioned features and double nilos, the entire range of sizes BOX 25 to 110 can be easily installed in positions V5 and V6, eliminating the need for additional intervention. In addition, the gear unit also has a filling set, level and vent plugs.
