Die Poppe + Potthoff Impulsprüfstände testen die Betriebs- oder Dauerfestigkeit von verschiedenen Metall- und Kunststoff-Komponenten. Der Dauertest in unseren Hochdruckprüfanlagen simuliert somit den Lebenszyklus unter wechselnden Belastungen. Die Ausfälle der Prüflinge zeigen somit die potentiellen Schwachstellen der Bauteile hinsichtlich Design und Material auf. Der Druck wird dabei wahlweise als Sinus-, Trapezkurve oder Nadelimpuls moduliert. Unsere Prüfstande zeichnen sich durch eine besondere Ergonomie aus und sind im Poppe + Potthoff Maschinen-Design gestaltet.
