Carbamide (urea) is a fertilizer with an amide nitrogen scheme. It is the most concentrated of all nitrogen fertilizers. It is available in granular form. Granular urea has excellent physical characteristics: it does not cake and retains good dispersibility. Urea is used for all agricultural crops as the main fertilizer (for the main application), for early spring feeding of winter crops with immediate incorporation into the soil, as well as for feeding vegetable and row crops using cultivators-plant feeders. Urea is ideal for foliar feeding of plants] and fertigation.
