Data Analytics;

Speech analytics provides categorical analysis of audio data in order to help enriching the language module and the connected lexicon database behind it. Speech analytics identify areas where an improvement should be done to help machine learning algorithms be more accurate and return correct results. At Kieli, we annotate language data from different contexts applying in that natural language processing techniques (POS Tagging, Named Entity Recognition, Sentiment Analysis). We also clean audio data from unwanted or irrelevant observations.
