Product Description

Automatic driven tobacco harvesting machine;

Automatic two-row (rear-mounted socket) machine. Designed for automatic collection of tobacco leaves and manu-manufactured. The RA942I harvester operates on rows from 110 to 140 cm, the RA942IF harvester runs on rows from 90 cm and has a 4-wheel drive system with a hydrostatic drive system with only front-facing wheels. Approved machine type for traveling on the road. Tobacco leaves are collected at the bottom and gradually starting from the work, depending on maturity, working in two rows at the same time. The leaves are drawn from the plant as they are multiplied by rubber spirals on two sticks (evergreen unit). A grid-type or knife-type defistor mounted in place of the two rods removes the upper leaves. Defoliation occurs due to special defollators placed on the pendulums that monitor the smoothness of the rows. The separated leaves are conveyed by the metal rollers to the vertical conveyor belts, which lifts them into the storage housing, where they are blown by a continuous flow of air. Container placed at the back of the machine raises and opens the operator control for the unloading phase in cars
