The grapes are harvested by hand with particular care. Soft pressing of the bunches, fermentation in small wooden barrels for at least 36 months. Tasting notes: Golden yellow color tending to amber. Intense and complex bouquet rich in aromas of acacia flowers, honey. Pleasantly sweet, never cloying, it leaves a persistent note of vanilla and candied fruit in the mouth. Food matches: Perfect drunk alone, it goes well with desserts and chocolate. It goes well with aged cheeses.
